United States Postal Service is currently experiencing delays. They are also not scanning packages in a timely manner. If your order is marked "shipped", it has been taken to the post office and is in the possession of the USPS, even if your order shows "pre-transit". We appreciate your patience.
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 in order to investigate this issue. The same also applies for parcels missing parts/items or damaged parts/items. We cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We recommend paying for priority mail service to include insurance, should any of the aforementioned instances occur. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address or friend's address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
Please read the product details before ordering. All of our scents come in oil, edp, candles, lotions, scrubs, etc. It is the customer's responsibility to select the proper size/item at checkout. We will not accept returns or offer refunds due to incorrect item selected on the customer's end. Also, if an option is selected that is not offered in the item description, we will substitute for an item that is listed in the item description.
Because we are an earth-conscious shop, our packaging is minimalistic, as we prefer to focus our efforts into providing a great product as opposed to fancy packaging. Packaging is a free item and therefore will not be considered as part of the product purchased. We will not honor refunds, exchanges, re-ships, etc due to packaging issues, including, but not limited to rollerball or sprayer functionality.
