• Personal preferences regarding fit, color, texture, or packaging design are subjective and not covered under our return/refund policy.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

• Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos/video of the damaged or defective product.
• Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product or issuing a refund.

We ship all orders via USPS within 7 business days of order being placed. 

United States Postal Service is currently experiencing delays. They are also not scanning packages in a timely manner. If your order is marked "shipped", it has been taken to the post office and is in the possession of the USPS, even if your order shows "pre-transit". We appreciate your patience.All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 in order to investigate this issue. The same also applies for parcels missing parts/items or damaged parts/items. We cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We recommend paying for priority mail service to include insurance, should any of the aforementioned instances occur. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address or friend's address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
