WhistleNotes Perfumery does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in person or online.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

1.   Because you do not want to use a product someone else opened or used, even if it was used only once.

2.   We do not want to sell you items that someone else opened or used.

3.   Our products are hand-made using top-quality materials. To entertain returns we would incur substantial costs, as we do not resell used products and would instead discard them. This means we will have to pass the cost back to you, the customer. Instead, we ask that you make sure you are ordering a product you are going to keep and use.

All orders are hand-packaged and sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3 days for processing/packaging before your order ships. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been fully-packaged. Your patience is greatly-appreciated! 

PACKAGING

Don't worry :)  Although our packaging may sometimes vary from the photo in the item's description, rest assured that you will receive the same great product (and amount) as advertised.

We use minimalist packaging in an effort to remain as environmentally-sustainable as possible. Instead, we put all of the "pizzazz" into our products!
